Notes The facade of the church has scanty ornamentation and its architectural symmetry is lost amid the various forms of windows and the entrance door. A rectangular niche breaks the monotony of the triangular pediment.

Notes Macabebe was founded in 1575 under the advocation of San Nicolas de Tolentino. The church measures 70 m long, 17 m wide and 11 m high. It has a transept.

Philippine Primark Properties, Inc. (Primark) is a company engaged in town center development for commercial leasing. The Company’s name Primark is a combination of the words “Primary” and “Market” reflecting the vision of the Company to offer retail facilities to entrepreneurs that cater to the most immediate, basic and primary needs of the community, in a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment manned by professionally trained staff and retail sellers. Primark shall be the vehicle to achieve this vision, through its geographically widespread, accessible and purposefully designed town centers, populated with a suitable mix of supermarket, dry goods retailers, food operators, service shops, and an array of micro-retail stalls amidst a well planned and zoned environment.

Primark is heavily involved in the establishment of town centers in emerging cities and in first to fourth class municipalities where there is rapid urbanization and steady growth in consumption patterns. The Company’s key tenants are SM Savemore Market for basic commodities, Ace Hardware for home & office needs, BDO or Chinabank for banking transactions and other food chains, store outlets and drug stores for other needs.

A town center is going to be the perpetual stamp of Primark to the hearts of everyone it serves. Primark shall be the shortest and fastest stop where the basic daily needs of every household is made available at the center of the community.
